Accommodations

Together with our partners we arrange accommodation from cosy wilderness cabins to luxury villas. Here you can find few cottages we prefer. The cottages are available all year round. Inquiries!

SALMON 1: 2-4 persons riverside cottage, Enontekiö Sonkamuotka.

• We prefer fishing for salmon and pike.
• Electricity, small "kitchen", cooking equipment, sauna and outdoor toilet. Boat.

SALMON 2: 4-6 persons riverside cottage, Enontekiö Sonkamuotka.

• We prefer fishing for salmon and pike.
• Electricity, small kitchen, cooking equipment, micro own, sauna, log kota/fire place and outdoor toilet. Boat.
• Muonio village 35km, Kittilä airport 107km, Salmon spots 0.5-2km (Muonio river).

DAVVI ARCTIC LODGE: Enontekiö, Karesuvanto.

• We prefer fishing for grayling, trout, pike, (salmon).
• Karesuvanto village 0km, Kittilä airport 160km, grayling and trout spots 5-20km (Muonio/Könkämäeno river).
• At the Davvi Arctic Lodge, we offer cabin accommodation within our grounds. The cabins are simple but cosy and all are en suite. Most cabins are semi-detached and sleep up to four, with two single beds plus a sofa bed for up to two children in a large open-plan area. There are two, large, detached cabins that can sleep five or six, with two bedrooms each containing two single beds and a sofa bed in the living area that can take one or two children. All cabins are located just yards from the main hotel building, where meals can be taken.

LUXURY HOUSE: 6+4 persons riverside house, Enontekiö, Karesuvanto.

• We prefer fishing for salmon, grayling, trout and pike.
• The house has three bedrooms (6 +4 people), a library room, living room, kitchen, utility room, and sauna. Equipped with a dinner for 12 people, TV, DVD player, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer and refrigerator. Boat.
• Karesuvanto village 5km, Kittilä airport 150km, Salmon and grayling spots 0.1-2km (Muonio river and small tributaries). Grayling and trout spots 10km-30km (Könkämäeno river).

CABIN KÖNKÄMÄENO 1: 6 persons riverside cottage, Enontekiö, Käsivarsi.

• We prefer fishing for grayling, trout and pike.
• Iron stove which is also the heater, candle lighting , gas stove, sauna in the same building, water from the river, boat, outdoor toilet, cellar. 
•  Log cabin situated on the shore of  river Könkämäeno, 17 km North from Karesuando along the Kilpisjärvi road. The cabin has a living room/bedroom, a spacious loft and kitchenette. The cabin is an excellent base for fishing, fly fishing in particular, touring along the waterways and hiking.
• Karesuvanto village 17km, Kittilä airport 170km, Grayling and trout spots 0km-2km (Könkämäeno river and small tributaries).

CABIN KÖNKÄMÄENO 2: 8 persons cottage, Enontekiö, Käsivarsi.

• We prefer fishing for grayling, trout and pike.
• Electiricity, TV, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, jug kettle, hoover, sauna, two showers, boat, outdoor firesite, smoking oven.
• Cottage is ideal for all kind of holidays; snowmobilers appreciate the location when famouns Route Viktoria passes by the cabin in 50 m. River Könkämäeno is famous for its trout and grayling and is also located only 50 m from the cabin and wasteland in the surroundings offers outstanding views for the hikers year round. Area is reindeer management area so it is very likely to see reindeer, even in the cabin yard. And because the cabin is very well equipped, you may focus on your hobbies and enjoy your holiday!
• There are two double rooms in the dowstairs and two double rooms in the attics, open kitchen, toilet, sauna, dressing and drying rooms and big terraces.
• Kilpisjärvi village 24km, Kittilä airport 250km, Grayling and trout spot 50m-2km (Könkämäeno river).

Wilderness cabins

In the heart of undisturbed wilderness awaits the wilderness cabins. Idyllic wilderness cabins is located by the shore of huge fish waters full of graylings, arctic chars, trouts and pikes. In these cabins you can leave behind all the hassle of city life and enjoy the rich nature. The nature offers excellent opportunities for fly fishing and fishing. The catch includes considerable large graylings, trouts and pikes.

FINLAND - The wilderness cabin Boazojavri has been the annual fell holiday destination for the ex-president of Finland, Urho Kekkonen. The Cabin is preserved in the outfit of his time. The fell area offers unique opportunities for fishing, hunting and hiking. The bright springtime sun invites cross country skiing on crust of snow, snowmobiling and ice-fishing for famous arctic chars and considerable large graylings. Midnight sun during summer months empower fishing all night long.

• The cabin has solar panel lights, gas stove, wood heated iron heater, two bunk beds. The new cabin is build 1998. It has wood heated iron heater, solar panel lights, living room with a bunk bed, kitchenette with bunk bed and bed room with bunk bed. Separate wood heated sauna by shore, outdoor WC, boat.
• Transfers to the Boazojavri cabin: By helicopter, airplane (nearest road approx 40km).

In the area we have 2 rivers (medium and small) and 4 lakes! We reach them by boat. To some of the places we have to walk a distance of 0.5km-5km.

FINLAND - Reindeer herder cabin, Magic River!

• The cabin has, small kitchen, gas stove, wood heated iron heater, two beds and sofa. Separate wood heated sauna by shore, outdoor WC, boat.
• Transfers to the Reindeer herder cabin: By helicopter, airplane (nearest road approx 40km).

Here we have 1 amazing river with many rapids full of graylings! We also have 2 lakes in the area! We reach the rivers and lakes by boat. To some of the places we have to walk a distance of 0.5km-3km. The accommondation will be in a wilderness cabin or in tents (depending on location in the Magic River). The nearest rapids are only 50m from the cabin!

Norway - Iesjavri cabin

• 4-7 persons cabin has, small kitchen, gas stove, wood heated iron heater, three bedrooms and two sofa. Outdoor WC, boat.
• Transfers to the cabin: By helicopter, airplane, snowmobiles in winter time (nearest road approx 35km).

Here we have lake Iesjavri full of arctic chars, trouts and graylings! We also have one of the best river in Finnmark - Iesjok! We reach the river and lake by boat. To some of the places we have to walk a distance of 0.5km-3km.

Lavvu is a temporary dwelling used by the Sami people of northern Scandinavia. It has a design similar to a Native American tipi but is less vertical and more stable in high winds. It enables the indigenous cultures of the treeless plains of northern Scandinavia and the high arctic of Eurasia to follow their reindeer herds. It is still used as a temporary shelter by the Sami, and increasingly by other people for camping.
