Floating Fly fishing Day

The river Könkämäeno runs through the fells and is the geologic and gouvernemental border between Finland and Sweden. The river offers great fly fishing opportunities. On the fishing trip a raft (1-6 persons / raft) will take you across the border and fishing will happen on both the Swedish and Finnish side of the river. On this fishermen delight we will shoot down rapids but also enjoy calmer fish full waters. During the day we will float down to river approx 10km.

A experienced fishing guide will assist you with fly or spin fishing and take you to the best locations. There graylings, whitefish, trouts, pike and salmons are waiting to be caught. Whilst fishing an outdoor lunch with black pot coffee will be served by the real outdoor campfire.

Day trip from the Kilpisjärvi village:

Rate: 600€/day/1 person. Additional persons: 100€/ per person. Example: Group of 4 persons: cost 900€/day.
Rate includes: Guide/instructor, raft, safety equipment and coffee/tea.
On extra charge: Fishing gear/fly fishing gear and waders, hot meal, fishing license and accommodation.
